TTLC Guarantee: Custom & Bespoke Items. 
Items that are custom-sized or modified to customer requirements (like fitted hats) or personalized with initials or personal logos cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before ordering.

Any manufacturing defect of the stitching will be repaired free of charge shipping on customer account.
